sketch ideation: continued
Taking note of our inital prototypes, we revisted our sketches and continued developing, deciding to scrap the idea of the sliding workspaces in favor of folding and hinge layouts instead. This opened up a couple more concrete possibilities for the design. The development of a “stacked” structure began taking shape, as we tried to find a way to stack the workspaces neatly on top of one another while also having them unfold and be level with each other rather than be at different heights.
