Most apparel products sold through SENYSTYN are made-to-order and fulfilled by our production partners.

Please allow:

  • 2–7 business days for production
  • additional shipping time depending on destination and carrier

Processing times may increase during:

  • holidays
  • product launches
  • sales events
  • high order volume periods

Some future products may be fulfilled directly by SENYSTYN and may have different processing times.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • order size
  • destination
  • shipping method

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

SENYSTYN is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers
  • weather
  • customs
  • incorrect customer information
  • events outside our control

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Customers are responsible for any:

  • customs fees
  • import taxes
  • duties
  • additional carrier charges

required by their country.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, SENYSTYN may not be able to recover or replace the package.


Lost or Stolen Packages

SENYSTYN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an issue occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. However, we will do our best to assist where possible.
