Returns & Exchanges

Because many SENYSTYN products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection
  • buyer’s remorse
  • accidental orders

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

  • a replacement
  • store credit
  • a refund

depending on the situation.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable:

  • worn apparel
  • washed items
  • custom or limited-run products
  • clearance/sale items

unless they arrive defective.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund after issuance.


Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

SENYSTYN reserves the right to dispute fraudulent charge backs or abuse of refund policies.
